Payments

Below, you will find budgets for each team. Please read the following information for an explanation about the budgets. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

You will notice that there is a separate budget for each team in the club. Budgets do not include your personal travel expenses. As a policy, we do not require teammates to room together or stay at a particular hotel. For major tournaments, we do reserve rooms in a block and do our best to keep the costs as reasonable as possible.

Payments can be paid in full or can be broken down into 5 payments beginning December 3rd and continuing through April 3rd (payments are due by the 3rd of each month). The first payment will be slightly higher due to scheduling of tournaments and purchasing uniforms and equipment. Following the initial payment, payments can be broken into 4 equal monthly installments from January through April. It is imperative that payments are mailed to 264 Sandoeshire Lane/Chambersburg, PA 17201 by the 3rd of each month OR paid by PayPal by clicking on the link below in order to keep the club's finances in order. Please DO NOT make payments to your coaches at practice.
